Qi Gong

Qi Gong is the healing exercise or yoga of China. Qi Gong is a gentle form of exercise that uses both breath and movement to affect the internal organs and meridians of the body. Most of us are familiar with Tai Qi which is a form of Qi Gong. In China, there are many forms of Qi Gong practised daily in parks as well as in some hospitals.

The beauty of Qi Gong is that it allows the practitioner to participate directly in their own healing in between visits to his/her acupuncturist. Qi Gong uses movement, breath and focused attention to keep the body, mind and spirit healthy.
